About The Opportunity
The Compliance team at OKX upholds the company’s regulatory and risk management standards. Focused on mitigating AML/CTF and Sanctions risks, we collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into our operations.
This role reports to the Senior Compliance Manager in Turkey, working closely with Legal to address official notifications and regulatory inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Communication: Track and respond to official letters via KEP, UETS, and mail, drafting compliant submissions.
- Suspicious Activity Reporting: File mandatory disclosures to MASAK and support investigations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams to align compliance practices with global benchmarks.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce AML/KYC procedures in line with industry best practices.
Qualifications
Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Turkish (Turkish citizenship required).
- Expertise in AML/CFT/Sanctions/KYC frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Ethical mindset with excellent communication skills.
Preferred
- 2+ years in AML/KYC analysis within financial services.
- Experience in crypto or multinational settings.
- Familiarity with tools like Chainalysis.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS).
