What Is a Withdrawal Whitelist?

To enhance withdrawal security, OKX introduced the withdrawal address whitelist feature. When enabled, you can only withdraw funds to addresses already saved in your address book. To withdraw to a new address, you must first add it to your address book. This asset protection measure minimizes unauthorized withdrawals.

How to Enable Withdrawal Whitelist?

  1. Open the OKX App and navigate to [Assets] → [Withdraw].
  2. Select your cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) and choose [On-chain Transfer] + the [Network].
  3. Click the address book icon or the "Enable Whitelist" prompt next to the withdrawal address field.
  4. Toggle [Address Whitelist Mode] → Select a saved address.
    (If no addresses exist, tap [Add Address] to create one.)

Note: You can disable the whitelist via the address book page after completing verification.

  1. Enter the withdrawal amount[Submit] to complete the transaction.

How to Disable Withdrawal Whitelist?

  1. Go to [Assets] → [Withdraw] → Select cryptocurrency → Choose [On-chain Transfer] + the relevant network.
