This OKX Web3 Trade User Agreement (this "Agreement") constitutes an agreement between you ("User" or "you") and OKX Technology Services Pte. Ltd ("we", "us" or "our" or "OKX"), regarding your access and use of the OKX Web3 Trade Services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other relevant rules. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.
1. Our Services
1.1 Service Overview
The Services function as an aggregator enabling Users to swap Digital Assets across multiple blockchain networks ("Third Party Blockchains"). OKX provides an interface but does not custody assets or process transactions.
1.2 Transaction Times
Transaction completion depends on blockchain network confirmation times, which vary by network.
1.3 Digital Wallet Requirement
To use the Services, you must connect a non-custodial wallet (e.g., OKX Web3 Wallet). You are solely responsible for:
- Safeguarding passwords, private keys, and mnemonic phrases.
- Any transactions executed via your wallet.

1.4 Featured Listings
Digital Assets displayed are determined by factors like:
- Rankings on platforms like CoinGecko.
- Performance metrics.
- OKX policies.
We may modify or remove listings at our discretion.
2. Fees
2.1 Gas Fees
You bear all gas fees incurred on Third Party Blockchains.
2.2 Third-Party Protocol Fees
Additional fees (e.g., transfer fees) may apply and are your responsibility.
2.3 Service Fees
OKX may charge a percentage-based fee per transaction, deducted from your transaction amount.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
3.1 User Content
You retain ownership of content you provide ("User Content"). You grant OKX a global license to use such content for Service operation.
3.2 IP Infringement
OKX complies with DMCA takedown notices. Report infringement via written notice including:
- Copyright/trademark details.
- URL of infringing material.
- Contact information and declaration of good faith.
4. Risk Disclosures
4.1 Transaction Timing
Delivery times for Digital Assets vary by network. OKX is not liable for delays.
4.2 Third-Party Risks
OKX is not liable for:
- Losses from Third Party Blockchain malfunctions.
- Incorrect wallet addresses or user errors.
- Content or services on third-party platforms.

4.3 Market Risks
Price volatility, network interruptions, or hacking may result in asset loss. OKX may suspend services to mitigate risks.
5. Prohibited Practices
5.1 Unfair Trading
OKX prohibits:
- Market manipulation.
- Exploiting Service vulnerabilities.
- Illegal activities under Applicable Laws.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Warranties & Liability
6.1 No Warranty
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
OKX's aggregate liability is capped at Service Fees paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Singapore law, excluding conflict of laws principles.
7.2 Arbitration
Disputes are resolved via:
- Mediation through the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
- Binding arbitration under SIAC rules if mediation fails.
7.3 Confidentiality
Arbitration proceedings remain confidential.

What happens if I send Digital Assets to the wrong address?
OKX is not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses. Always verify wallet addresses before transacting.
Can OKX recover my lost private keys?
No. OKX cannot access wallets or recover lost credentials.
How are Service Fees calculated?
Fees are a percentage of your transaction amount, disclosed on the OKX platform.
8. General Terms
8.1 Amendments
OKX may update this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
