What Is Smart Sync and How Does It Work?

·

Smart Sync is an innovative copy trading feature that automatically synchronizes your asset allocation for each position with the lead trader's strategy. When a lead trader opens a position, the system calculates a ratio between their trading account capital and the position margin. This ratio is then applied to your total investment to determine your copy trade position margin. Additional settings like leverage and margin mode are also mirrored.

Example: A lead trader has 10,000 USDT in their trading account and opens a 5x leveraged perpetual BTC/USDT long position with 1,000 USDT margin (10% of their equity). If your total copy trade investment is 1,000 USDT, you'd allocate 1,000 USDT × 10% = 100 USDT to open an identical 5x long position.

With Smart Sync, you only need to set your total investment amount—the system handles all other parameters automatically. This hands-off approach lets you efficiently mirror the lead trader's risk management and profit strategies.
